I had a very average experience with MapsAlive. The website was easy to navigate and the maps were beautifully designed. However, I found the overall functionality lacking. The maps took a long time to load and occasionally crashed. Furthermore, the customer support was unresponsive and not helpful. I would say the service was mediocre at best.
