I had a mixed experience with Just lab & tax. While their website is user-friendly and they offer a range of services, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the answers I received were not very helpful. However, once I was able to connect with someone knowledgeable, they provided great assistance. Overall, I would say they are average.
