I have been a customer of Cycle Therapy INC for a few years now and I must say their service is average. While they have a decent selection of bikes, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. Sometimes it takes a while to get assistance and the staff can be a bit unfriendly. However, they do have competitive prices and a convenient location.
