This carpet distributor is extremely rude, does not welcome business to business commerce, and gave me the complete runaround while trying to get into contact with anyone other that the receptionist that does not forward calls to the appropriate party. In fact, every call I made, was dumped, dropped or I was hung up on all together. My advice, dont waste your time - there are plenty of friendly locals willing to conduct business in a decent and proper way. With so many carpet options, this company should re-evaluate how they treat the general public. I'll not waste my time trying to do business with a company that does't seem to want to do business at all. I feel my time was wasted, and my efforts at doing business brushed aside.
