I've been a regular customer of this bus service for quite some time now. The overall quality of service is good, the buses are clean, and the drivers are friendly. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality. There have been a few instances where the buses were late, causing me some inconvenience. Nonetheless, I would still recommend Priors bus service to others.
