While Reuben Borg's pricing is extremely competitive and pre install customer experience is impressive, there communication, follow up and sense of urgency in dealing with issues that have come up during our project leave something to be desired. If you are looking for a professional organization that stands behind the quality of there work and are customer oriented, I would look elsewhere. As expected with any project, problems arise, of which we have had a few since our install started last week. The crew has made several sloppy cuts on boards, fence tops are curling up and cracking, have left concrete stains on our brand new pavers (!!) and they do not clean up; leaving wood chips and saw dust everywhere. Our sales person Jessica Hendrickson who is now to busy to answer my phone calls, does not call back, and texts that she does not answer calls during estimates and can not authorize any repairs, etc without Yefri Maldonado, Operations Mgrs., approval. Who are your customers that are in the install process supposed to go to then?! Yefri who came by on Friday after no one showed up for work on Wednesday, apologized for the lack of communication which was appreciated but since, has not responded to a single text or call (I've called him multiple times) related to the concrete stains and board issues which occurred on the day after he stopped by. 5 minutes after I tried calling him again today to find out when my pavers will be repaired and my job completed properly (no one has shown up this week), my wife called, he answered this time and once he knew who she was and is calling about the installation issues and completion, told her to call back during normal business hours. Unacceptable and he should take his own advice and get back to his customers during normal business hours or just get back to them...lol. If Reuben Borg actually cares about the quality of his teams work and more importantly the customer experience, we hope to hear from him. Frankly it seems the company and employees are to busy to care.
