The nursing is terrible, my mother now has bed sores and had someone else's name tag on. The director is horrible and the staff has lost many personal articles such as dentures, eye glasses and clothing. If it wasn't for the state mandating that she needs 24 hour care she would never be in that dungeon !!!!!!
