Extremely bad customer service at this branch. I went to return sandals that I bought 4 days ago and trade them in for a different size but got so much grief for it. There was a small amount of debris on the sandals from walking in them for 10 minutes around my house to try them out and the employee said they were used. I specifically asked the cashier I bought them from if I could return the sandals after trying them out for a day and he said it would be no problem at all if it was within 2 weeks. The two employees here though kept grumbling about how they were used and they can't take them. It was well within their return policy and no damage at all, I even offered to wipe the dust off the sandals so I could save them the one minute it would take to do it. The interrogation I received was a bit unnecessary. I was going to buy another pair of shoes there also but I did not want to deal with their bad attitudes any longer than I had to.
