I recently had the opportunity to work with a solar company for my home needs, and I decided to go with Harmon Solar. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful information about their services. The customer service representatives were polite and answered my initial queries promptly. However, I found the communication throughout the installation process to be lacking. There were delays in scheduling the installation, and it would have been better if they had kept me updated. The installation itself was done well, and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The solar panels are functioning as expected and have helped reduce my electricity bills. While I appreciate the end result, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency.
