I recently hired a construction company to renovate my home, and overall, I would rate Hicks Construction as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. Their customer service was decent, with the staff being polite and responding to my queries promptly. However, I felt like the communication could have been better during the project. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to receive updates on the progress. The quality of the workmanship was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after the completion. The pricing was competitive, but I would have appreciated a more transparent breakdown of the costs. Although my experience with Hicks Construction was neither exceptional nor disappointing, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
