I recently used this company's website to create a survey and gather feedback 📊. The site was user-friendly and I appreciated the variety of question types available. However, I found the customization options to be somewhat limited, and I encountered some technical glitches while using the platform. The customer support team was responsive and helped resolve my issues promptly, which was a plus. Overall, my experience was average and I was able to achieve my goal of collecting data for my project. While there is room for improvement, especially in terms of software stability, I believe that with some enhancements, this platform could become a great tool for gathering insights.
