I recently used a real estate service to find a new home, and my experience with this company was just average. While the website was easy to navigate and had some helpful resources, I found the overall communication and responsiveness of the staff to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get answers to my questions, and I didn't feel like my needs were a top priority. Additionally, the property listings seemed limited and didn't fully meet my criteria. I was hoping for a more personalized and attentive approach, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
