👨‍💼 As a customer, I found the overall experience with this company to be average. Their website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. I appreciate the variety and quality of computer products they offer. However, the customer service was not exceptional. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and the representative seemed somewhat disinterested in helping me. The shipping process was also a bit slower than other companies I've dealt with. On the positive side, the products arrived in good condition and were as described on the website. Overall, they provide an average service, but with some improvements in customer service and shipping efficiency, they could certainly enhance the overall experience. 🤷‍♂️
