I recently booked a cruise through this company and found the process to be smooth and straightforward. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did have to wait longer than expected for a response to my inquiry. The cruise itself was enjoyable, with good amenities and activities provided on board. However, there were a few minor issues with the logistics of the trip that could have been improved.
