Voltage Leadership Consulting was an average consulting firm to work with. We engaged them for a project and while they delivered satisfactory results, I felt like something was missing. The team was professional and knowledgeable, but I expected more in terms of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. The solutions provided were good, but they lacked that wow factor. However, they were reliable and met the agreed-upon deadlines. Overall, it was an average experience with them.
