It was a pleasure working with the Minmaxx team. It was our first time selling a house so we were a bit nervous at first. We had a lot of questions and they were all answered with professionalism and a level of knowledge that made us feel at ease. Appointments, open houses, marketing were all handle by them and they even had an interior designer come to our house for staging tips. The whole process was as smooth as possible and we had our house sold within a week of listing it. We were very happy with the service we received and will definitely be using them on any future real estate transaction.
