Yanzi Zhu Review of Studio Plazas Apartments

Lived here for nearly two years and this is a great place to stay. If it's not that I'm going to move, I'll continue staying here for two more years until I graduate.
Felipe is an awesome manager. He's strict on policies, but that makes this place so nice. The guys who fix stuff are also very friendly and quick. You can expect the fix within 48hrs (but usually <24hrs). This place is like a garden. Also, it comes with full furnitures and everything looks great. You get bookshelves, dining table, chairs, two sofa chairs, lamps, and bed. You can total return this and buy your own furnitures too. Just ask. Also, this place does not allow pets, with exceptions of service animals. It's safe and super quite, even during the crazy days (deltopia etc.)
The rent is a little bit high, but considering you live in a studio/1b1b, it's not bad. If you live on the side of the driveway, make sure you vacuum frequently since dust accumulates fast.
The parking is superior. It's inside parking so you never need to worry about street parking, except if you come back really late and that is an unlucky day. You need a card to open the door to come inside to park.
Packages are delivered sometimes in office but most of time in front of door. Yet since we have gates, mostly it is safe.
Also I think this place takes 2 people in one bedroom. Ask Felipe about this.
As I read somewhere else, this is indeed the hidden jewel in town. But to apply, do remember to apply EARLY. This place is crazily hot. Apply at least 3-5 months earlier if you are applying for the school starting time (e.g., Aug./Sept./Oct.). Btw, it's monthly rent! A big plus!
About the bad thing: it has only one window. But face it, pretty much any housing around except like family house has only one window. The air circulation is a bit hard, but manageable. Just get a window fan and problem will be significantly mitigated. If you love to keep the room clean and neat, there won't be any problems.
