Smiths heavy haulage is an average company. Their service is neither great nor terrible. I had a satisfactory experience with them. The transportation of my heavy goods was done on time with no major issues. However, their customer service wasn't the best. The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I would say they are average. I might consider using their services again if there are no other options available.
