I've been attending Thai boxing classes at hksthaiboxing.co.uk for a while now and I can't say enough good things about it. The trainers are top-notch and really push you to your limits. The only downside is the lack of parking space near the studio, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing workouts you get.
