Lookx is one of my favorite brands and skincare and makeup, the only one. I use LOOkX years and still manage LOOkX to exceed expectations.
So last customer service that is always helpful way, friendly and professional.
So with this I would like to compliment Karin had helped me very well last through the chat function. Besides the answers to my questions she had given no particular feeling that I'm just another customer demand for attention. She came up with solutions that positively surprised me, she thought with me while that was not the purpose of the conversation, but because she took the time for me, I now take the trouble to mention that! Top Karin !!
Lookx is a beautiful brand and if something good is offered is nowhere mentioned because they expected so it meets your expectations! Then just it's nice to let people know that behind the scenes they offer fantastic service and they especially are doing well! thanks lookx!
