I had mixed feelings about Collins Business Solutions. Their website seemed professional and their services appeared comprehensive. However, the customer service experience was below par. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. It was disappointing, to say the least. They really need to work on their customer service skills. Overall, my experience was average.
