I had the pleasure of shopping with Andersen & Maillard recently and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the products were decent. However, the customer service was lackluster. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. I expected better from such a reputable company.
