The experience I had with Kentucky Manufacturers Association, INC was average at best. While the customer service was satisfactory, I found their products to be of mediocre quality. Additionally, I was not impressed with their pricing as it seemed to be on the higher side compared to competitors. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement.
