Poor services from ons branch where they dont comm...

Poor services from ons branch where they dont communicate with staff and this company thinks all high and mighty of itself but their employees and managers are incompetent and unable to do their jobs properly. They dont attend to client concerns and they actualy harras their junior staff threttining them. Their client services are very poor. They advertise to mannage your bussiness but they can not even mannage the ones they currently have. Good luck if these guys are your go to guys its a joke
