I had an average experience booking my vacation with Easy reisen ag. While the website was easy to navigate and the rates were competitive, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not as responsive and attentive as I had hoped. Nevertheless, the trip itself was decent, and everything went as planned. Overall, I had an okay experience with Easy reisen ag.
