The customer service from Hostel.ng was excellent. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and were very helpful throughout the booking process. The website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Hostel.ng to others.
