Savegrain bags is an average company. The quality of their bags is just okay, nothing too impressive. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service could be better. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely room for improvement.
