Very BAD service from the beginning. They never paid my home insurance even the insurance company sent them bills. I have contacted loan care multiple times through their website and created tickets and no response yet even after 3 weeks. Last year I was forced to pay the amount from my side as there was no response from Loancare and the home insurance company was withdrawing the coverage due to non payment from loan care. This year same thing is repeating. I never got a refund too for last year's payment. This company is hard to deal with. They didnt send any welcome letter or loan details even after 3 weeks after my loan got transferred to loan care last year and I had to blindly send my first loan payment. Their customer support is virtually non existent!!!! I wish they sell my loan to someone else this year.
