I contacted the owner directly 2 days ago with a frozen AC coil and a flooded basement. He responded immediatly, and came out to the house to give me a quote. The units were 30 plus years old so it made sense to replace both the AC and the furnace. He came in and showed me exactly what I needed for my home. No high pressure up selling!
