They have helped with all sets if easy steps only. Surprisingly they asked me to give the review the very first day when I registered with them. They don't even brother if any province is open for nominations. The communication from them is never personalized but always templates. None of the case officer has her own email id. Everyone uses the same email id for communication. I am completely dissatisfied with the servces. They did not even tell me that 6 is only the cut off for Canada visa process. If i had time to study all this why would I hiar a consultant at the first place.
