I will be forever grateful for the unbelievable services provided by Dr. Esson and his team at VOC. My sweet Persian cat developed an eye ulcer that quickly went from bad to worse. I was desperate and frightened when I called VOC, but the folks at VOC quickly put my mind at ease. My request for an initial evaluation was immediately accommodated and, from that point on, the whole experience was perfect. The front desk staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming; the technicians are gentle and knowledgeable; and Dr. Esson has the technical skills and demeanor to treat every type of eye-condition on every type of animal imaginable. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Esson spent plenty of time answering questions, drawing diagrams, and making sure that I was comfortable with the process. My cat underwent 2 necessary eye procedures, and he is now happily prancing around our house again! At my request, they even gave him the most adorable lion cut while he was under anesthesia. The staff at VOC worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we were satisfied, both with the services performed and with the cost (offering financial assistance when we needed it most - which was certainly unexpected, but extremely appreciated). And, all of this took place in the midst of COVID-19. I am so thankful that the staff members at VOC are committed to performing their good work during this crisis.
