I'm a regular user of Breathe Right nasal strips and I cannot recommend them enough. They have been a game changer for me in terms of improving my breathing during sleep. These strips are easy to apply and comfortable to wear. They don't leave any residue or marks on my skin. The only downside is that sometimes they can come off during the night, but overall, a great product.
