The worst. I ordered a bag and never received notification as to when I d receive it. After two weeks I called and was told it had been delivered about a week earlier. I let them know I didn t get or sign for it and was told no signature was necessary and it would be investigated. After three weeks of calls and being put on hold - I was told the exact same thing. The bag was delivered and accepted by me. I reminded them it was not me and was told- Sorry
