I've pretty much grown up with Italian sausages from Premio my whole life. They're easy to work with, and adaptable to pretty much anything I'd want to make, Italian cuisine, or not. During the 2020 pandemic, I was floored to learn my favorite event, San Gennaro Festival in NYC was cancelled. Premio picked up my spirits. I made sausage rolls with their product and it made that month not so bad. I brought them to do BBQ grilling this season but making skewers, and it was really one of the highlights that evening.
I must let you know though that recently, Premio provided me with compensation to try the sweet & hot sausage products to facilitate my review but all opinions are my own.
