My experience with Fidelar has been a mixed bag. While the website is user-friendly and the overall service is good, there were a few instances where I faced delays in getting a response from their customer support. However, once the issue was escalated, it was promptly resolved. I think Fidelar has the potential to be great, but they need to work on their customer support.
