I recently booked a vacation with Quertour gmbh & co. kg reisebüro and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I would say that Quertour is an average travel agency.
