The products provided by Warema Sonnenschutztechnik GmbH were of great quality. I was impressed with the selection and durability. However, the customer service left much to be desired. The company was slow to respond to my questions, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite the excellent products, I would hesitate to do business with them again.
