Can't give a referral. Got a "ballpark" price. I called and asked Andy for a written quote. Did not have one. He had an estimator come over to double check the job, but apparently did not produce a quotation. Several days later did the job, and got my wife to pay $800 over the verbal estimate.
Not happy, not heard. Can't refer.
