My Macbook Pro was toast - no idea what was wrong ...

My Macbook Pro was toast - no idea what was wrong with it. Went to Apple Store and they immediately sent me over to Tekserve to fix it.
Helpful and friendly staff and service, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help recover my data. I thought I needed a new laptop - they brought mine back to life.
