We purchased a very expensive machine from this company last year. After six months the machine stopped working. We called them and they came out to fix the machine. Evidently they had to order replacement parts, so we waited. They came out and couldn t figure out how to fix the machine. So now, we have had a very expensive paper weight for ten months since the company stopped answering our calls and emails.

You should use ANY other service provider before turning to these guys.

UPDATE - I have now tried calling 8 times. I have left multiple messages with Adam Henchel, the number provided in the response, with no call back. I decided to call the President/CEO, David Henchel, directly to see if I could escalate the issue and maybe get a resolution. He answered in a very rude manner, but at least I got someone on the phone. I told him my name and the company I am with and he hung up on me. Customers beware - this is what you will deal with if anything goes wrong with a machine you buy from them.
