I cannot recommend this company enough! I have had my rental property on the market twice before in the last few years with different agents and both times it has had literally no interest, despite being in excellent condition and being on Rightmove, etc. I was desperate to sell the property this time and an associate recommended Pendle Hill Properties. I had the property valued by four other local estate agents so was confident that the asking price was perfect for the market conditions. Andrew and his team sold the property within a week of it being on the market... to say that I am over the moon is an understatement!
