I have been a customer of Ark by korman for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. Their products are of decent quality, but nothing outstanding. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection. However, I have had a few issues with customer service in the past. Overall, I would give them a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
