I leased my 3rd Mercedes SUV from this dealership ...

I leased my 3rd Mercedes SUV from this dealership and my 8th Mercedes in total. Never owned or leased a mercedes with run flat tires. Was not told I leased my current SUV with this option by my sales person Carey. Thus I did not opt in for tire protection. I live near I4 in Orlando and nails is a common occurrence. 3,000 miles later I get my first nail in the tire and now need to pay to Rapp e the tire $370 vs the usual $30 for repair that I paid 3 times on my last lease.
I called the dealership spoke to my sales person and asked why he didn t share this with me...also the spec sheet doesn t mention it so I would have zero reason to ask about the biggest wear and tare item as a lease customer we are responsible for.
His reply was nothing he can do and also he doesn t go over many things about the car and I as a customer should just find out for myself . Not the customer service I would think would be proper especially when I have referred 3 other lease buyers and leased my 3rd car from him.
Will never shop here again. There are many other options with sales department that appreciates the business and covers the important changes in the car that as a customer we spend more on. Very disappointing.
