Crowd music is an average company. Their website crowdmusic.com is user-friendly but could use some improvements. The overall experience was decent, but I expected more. The customer service was helpful but not exceptional. The rate was reasonable compared to other similar companies. However, I think they need to work on their communication with the customers.
