I've had a mixed experience with Horizon-insight. While the quality of their products is good, I found their customer service to be lacking at times. There were a couple of instances where my inquiries took longer than expected to be resolved. However, I appreciate that they eventually addressed my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
