I had an average experience with Guaranteed Pest Service. The technicians were knowledgeable, but the treatment didn't completely eliminate the pest problem in my home. I had to contact them for a follow-up appointment to take care of the remaining pests. The customer service was good, but I expected better results from the treatment.
