The security services provided by North American Security Services, Inc. are simply average. I was expecting more professionalism and efficiency from a company of their stature. The guards assigned to my property were often late and lacked the necessary skills to handle various security situations. Their response time was slow, and I felt that they were not adequately trained to handle emergency situations. Overall, I would say that the service provided by North American Security Services, Inc. is just average.
