I'm been a freelance architectural photographer now for over 25 years. I have a mature client base of designers and advertising agencies. When I receive a call from any one of them I can pre judge how the shoot will go. Some pass on a brief which is.. well.. brief, perhaps not thought through with holes in planning, logistics and execution.
So then my phone rings or I get an email from CIB.. all is going to be good. I've worked with these guys for perhaps 15 years and they are my No1. Every experience with this company is a pleasure, every brief I receive is thorough.
My job is complicated and relies on prior planning and in depth knowledge of the product I'm photographing. CIB absolutely nails it every time for me, everything has been thought out before the shoot date, I know exactly what I'm doing with a full empathy for the application the imagery will be used for.
Just to close, my job also relies on the cooperation and engagement of the workers on site giving up their time during an always busy day. CIB has the respect of these guys, they always give me their best attention, cooperation and valuable time. Some advertising agencies can be distant from the 'coalface'.. not CIB, they engage with their clients from top to bottom which makes my task so much easier.
Quite easily my best customer..
