Horrible company. I would say they need to be investigated for fraud. We have attempted to get a correction from a mistake they made on our policy for over 6 months. We have called our agent a minimum of 10 times he will not handle it or contact us back. Also, called the headquarters 4 times and they do not offer any help just simply hide behind everything must come through your agent. Contacted a new agent who promised to be of help twice and he will not help or contact us back. I emailed a complaint on their website and still no response. I will be contacting the state board of insurance and filing a fraud complaint. Do not purchase insurance from them!!
