I have been a customer of Northern New England Benefit Trust for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have run into some issues with their customer support team. They are not always responsive and it can take a while to get a resolution to my queries. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
